Generally, food is life no matter how sweet, unsweetened, little, or big it is.
We need food for survival just like we need air.
Food is not an option in life. It is a must thing for everybody to survive in life.
I grew up to really appreciate food because my mom makes the best, and my parents did so well to provide us food to our satisfaction.
Though, I was often called out for eating like a bird at home.
That is, I ate little and always left crumbs, I was the type who could play with my meat by draining it and throwing the shaft.
Strange, I did the same with fried fish, too.
Now, as an adult, I really wish those days could come back now.
Because adult life is not easy and means of survival, especially feeding is really difficult.
I had some bad eating habits that I really appreciate my course of study, "nutrition and dietetics," which really helped me to mould.

One thing I could say is I was able to eat right.
I usually make wrong food choices because deficit in nutritional knowledge.
Most people believe that healthy eating is when there are 3-4 eggs in a meal.
Large chunk of beef and two large chicken laps.
Everybody has its own daily requirement, but when it's difficult for you to determine and follow.
There are minimum and generally acceptable requirements, just like your medicine dosage.
I could emphasise that quantity and quality are based on how you apply it.

The quantity of food I need in a meal is quite different from what you need.
A heavy worker whose energy output is high shouldn't feast on large quantity of food just because he works too much.
He should focus on the food quality that will give him the required nutrients he needs to function well.
Instead of feasting on that, which is unhealthy for him and won't still satisfy him.
Haven't you noticed that there are some large quantities of food that you will eat now, and just an hour later, you are hungry and craving for more.
While there is a meal , you will eat just little of it and feel so satisfied and full?
That's an example of food choices.
So, with this, I hope I am able to convince you of how I have reformed my eating lifestyle by going for the right food choices.
