Exercise is one very good thing that our body needs and it is very important that we do it everyday at least the level that our body can actually carry and not putting the body in a stressful condition. It it fine we do the little we can even if it is walking to any distance we can but the most important thing is try to exercise your body so that your body will be healthy because exercise help in making the body healthy by help it to have a very good oxygen circulation which is the foundation of every other function in the body because without oxygen the body will not be able to function very well and when the body doesn't function well that will be a very big problem and challenge to the person. So to avoid this (our body breaking down) we need to and engage in exercise, it is very necessary and have many benefits to our body. With the little i know about exercising the body it is really good though some people do have injury during the time they are doing the exercise but that doesn't mean is not why we will not exercise the body.
As a man need his girlfriend or wife so does our body need the exercise that's just it.
Well some times the to do the major part of exercise is very tiring especially for those ones that have major purposes in it . Purposes like medical purposes, people looking for shape and so many other things, when this things are registered in our mind sometimes laziness will set in because of why? (Because there is a purpose for it). You know human being one something come to our mind most especially the ones that will benefit us , we will be having this laziness feeling but when it is not a serious thing you will see that seriousness in you.
That is why some of this exercises that come with purpose like the medical one needs a lot of discipline and determination, yeah you have to discipline yourself and have determination on that if not without determination you will use procrastination and finish yourself, you will just end up with i will i will but rt the end nothing comes out.
