Good morning friends how are we doing today, hope we all are in good health and good condition.
I Welcome you all to my daily blog today where I will be writing on about resting and sleeping and it's important.
Meanwhile many individuals have form the habit of not having enough sleep and not sleeping when due , while some form the habit of not resting some due to as a result of quest for money or something many of them when you ask them about not having rest and not sleeping well when you bring the talk they will be like that rest is for the dead and not for the living. I don't really know what is giving them that kind of thinking making them to believe that they can never rest on their own unless death sets in .

Please friends it is not really that way resting and sleeping is two important and crucial things we have to take very serious because it is for our own good. It is all about our health and our wellbeing.because when we don't rest well will be having minor illness like headache, feeling weak and so many other things.
Meanwhile some people when having all this symptoms don't believe that is because of them not resting or sleeping well, they don't believe thing can cause so challenges, They think that sleep is just and ordinary thing without them knowing that there are minor illnesses in which only sleeping well can cure,it does not require any medication but rather just sleeping well and having a good rest that's all.
Let us include resting and having enough sleep in our calendar so as to boost our body to avoid it from going into sickness. It is better to prevent/ avoid sickness that to have it maybe and start looking for remedy for treatment or something. Resting and sleeping well have many things it does for the body and our immune system and these things include: good circulation of blood in the body, it also helps in our mental health, and also relaxes our nevers and brains keep them in a good suitable context and many other things all for our own good and health benefits. Even if we can have a daily resting let bring out a day in a week and have a good rest
