This topic is the same thing I once sat down to think about deeply, and I even blamed the ancient people for introducing the world to what it has become today. We humans are overly serious about everything in life, turning it into a survival of the fittest, whereas living on earth is supposed to feel like living in heaven, as it is often categorised as a place of rest.
Have you not heard of the controversial discussions about how people buy, acquire, and sell land, whereas this is something that is naturally free? Above all, we are all going to die and leave everything behind for the next world when the time comes. So why the high prices and high costs? Lol.
Why do we work when we know we are surely going to leave this earth one day? .
Everyone’s answer to this question is usually the same. The reason we work is to feed ourselves and to play along with the societal settings of the world.
Feeding: This is a paramount issue because, as things stand now, if someone refuses to work, it means hunger will eventually take their life, except the person is undergoing a long period of fasting. Even at that, such a person cannot survive without eating food for a whole year. As it stands, one of the basic reasons we leave our houses daily is to earn money and secure food. If one does not work, that person will surely resort to stealing because there would be no legitimate way to get food to eat.
Playing along with society: Society, or in fact the whole world, has practically assigned certain responsibilities to humans on earth, and these include the following: Humans must clothe themselves and make provision for other basic needs. A human must build a house. A human must marry, have children, and train them in school.
All these can never be achieved without money. That is why people engage in all kinds of work just to earn and live life, even when we all know that death is certain in the end.

Sometimes I wish there's a way for us not to work but have food because I actually feel like being lazy atimes..
