Have you ever stopped to wonder what it is and how true it is?
It's a way of referring to something that has a lot of influence. Every action you take has a consequence, in which the slightest change ends up triggering many consequences. Whether you drank water that day, or you drank it from a different glass instead, or how you held it, or whether you drank it all or just a little.
All of this triggers different things that can happen. I think they call this karma, but more in the sense that when something bad is done to us, and even the way we act, it will result in many changes that can end in something good or bad.
##Do you believe in the saying "if you do good, it will follow you, and if you do bad, karma will follow you"?
The way I see it, it's to say what I mentioned earlier because our actions will have consequences. So, if we did something wrong, it will depend on our actions and how we handle it.
Something happened to me where I ended up learning more about karma because it was mentioned a lot, but I always thought it was just something people said in the air without much weight or importance, but I was elusive until I experienced it.
At some point, someone who was hurting me decided to pay them back in kind, or rather, with evil. But the same evil I was doing ended up returning to me in a much greater way. I came to understand why they say about karma: if I pay back that action with evil, it will end up with bad consequences for me.
Although some may say nothing has ever happened to them, just wait until the time comes or it ends in some other way that you may not yet know, I prefer that life itself takes care of it because it taught me a lesson that I should never pay the same way because it can have bad consequences.
Also, why should we spend the rest of our lives feeling the wrong done to us, the anger it leaves us with? It's better to leave it behind and move forward. It's not good for us to live with hatred all our lives. It's better to focus those energies on doing other things, enjoying life in some other way where the feeling is more present—laughter, smiles, happiness, and feeling beautiful things.
What comes to mind when you hear about karma?
It depends on the context, because if someone says it in a context, because if someone says they are paying karma, it is the consequence of some act they may have committed during their life. Although even if they don't remember it, there is a present action where they are aware of what they did.
There's also when we are hurt and we end up saying that karma is taking care of it, we are letting the person who hurt us, their own actions end up taking care of us, and we are living leaving all those feelings behind, although it also depends on how we say it if we are really letting karma take care of it.

¿Te has parado a preguntarte qué es y qué tan cierta es?
Es una forma de llamar a algo que tiene mucha influencia, cada acción que uno hace termina una consecuencia en el cual el más mínimo cambio termina encadenando muchas consecuencias, si en el día de tomaste agua si en lugar de tomar en otro vaso distinto, en la forma de como lo agarraste, si te tomaste todo o solo un poco.
Todo esto desencadena en distintas cosas que puedan suceder, creo que a esto lo llaman karma, pero más en un sentido de cuando nos hacen algo malo e incluso en la forma que actuemos terminara en muchos cambios que pueden terminar tanto en algo bueno o malo.
##¿Crees en el dicho "si haces el bien, te seguirá y si haces el mal, el karma te perseguirá"?
Para mi forma de verlo es para decir lo que menciono con anterioridad debido a que acciones que hicimos nos traerán consecuencia, así que si hicimos algo malo dependerá de nuestras acciones como terminará repercutiéndonos y en la forma de como lo manejemos.
A mí me sucedió algo en donde termine aprendiendo más sobre que es el karma porque le mencionaban mucho pero siempre pensé que era algo decían como al aire sin que tuviera mucho peso o importancia, pero estaba esquivado hasta que lo viví.
En algún momento alguien que me estaba haciendo daño yo decidí terminar pagándolo de la misma forma más bien haciéndolo con un mal, pero en el cual ese mismo mal que le estaba haciendo se me termino regresando de una forma mucho mayor en el cual termine entendiendo por qué dicen sobre el karma, si yo pago con mal esa acción terminara en una consecuencia mala para mí.
Aunque puede que algunos digan que nunca les ha pasado nada, pero solo esperen cuando llegue el momento o termine siendo de alguna otra forma que talvez aun no conozcan, prefiero que la misma vida se encarga de ello porque me dio una lección que nunca debo pagar de la misma forma porque puede tener consecuencias malas.
Además de que, porque quedarnos el resto de la vida con el sentimiento del mal que nos han hecho, la rabia que nos dejan, es mejor dejarlo atrás y caminar hacia delante, no nos hace bien estar viviendo con el odio toda una vida, mejor concentra esas energías en hacer otras cosas, disfrutar la vida de alguna otra forma donde el sentimiento este más presente las risas, sonrisas, felicidad, sentir cosas bonitas.
¿Qué te viene a la mente cuando oyes hablar de karma?
Dependiendo del contesto porque si alguien lo dice en un contexto, debido a que si alguien dice que está pagando un karma es la consecuencia de algún acto que llego hacer durante su vida, aunque incluso si no lo recuerda hay una acción presente en donde es consciente de lo que hizo.
También esta cuando nos hacen daño y termina uno diciendo que el karma se encarga, está dejando la persona que le hizo daño sus mismas acciones se terminen encargando de que pague sus actos por el mal que le hicieron y está viviendo dejando atrás todos esos sentimientos, aunque también depende de en la forma de como lo diga si es realmente está dejando que el karma se encarga.

Nos pasan cosas buenas y malas constantemente. A veces prestamos más atención a lo malo y olvidamos centrarnos en lo bueno. Ese es el principal problema.
