The Year 2025 In View.

in SciFi Multiverse10 days ago

Hello, everyone.

I welcome you to my blog. Sometimes I still feel like the year 2025 started a day or two ago, but it's funny how it's been 11 months and over 3 weeks; the memories of ushering in the year still feel fresh, but at the same time, in less than a week, we will be waving goodbye to the year 2025. The year 2025 was not a smooth sail; there were storms and then there were calms. There were times when it felt like the end, but somehow it passed, and then we came out stronger, better, and more experienced. Life is never a smooth sail; there will always be ups and downs, but coming out of everything standing is what makes you a winner because if you let the storms of life weigh you down, it is your loss.

2025 is not so good, but it was still good, and that is all that matters, as long as we got to experience some good times and some happy moments. And there is no way one can experience good moments for the entire 365 days of a year; every year gives one a mixture of both good moments and bad moments. This year we had moments where we cried and experienced some form of sadness and moments where we were happy and excited. That is how life operates, and we cannot run away from it; instead, we need to learn to deal with every moment that life throws at us, whether good or bad.

There is a lot to be grateful for in the year 2025. Sometimes we feel like we are not doing enough or we are not making any progress, but when you sit down and reflect on how things were before now, you will come to realize that you have actually achieved some of the things you prayed and hoped for years ago. The Nigerian educational system delayed and wasted my time in school, but thanks to God and this year, I finally graduated. This is one of the few things I hoped for growing up, and now I have achieved it. The growth I am experiencing might not be as fast as I want it, but I am moving, and that is something to be grateful for. I am not stagnant; progress is progress, whether big or small.

The fact that I was able to round up college and will be moving to another phase of my life is one of the things I am most grateful for this year. The Nigerian educational system made it seem impossible, from strikes to school shutting down because of a protest and so many other things that put academic activities on hold, causing delays to students, but all of that is over now, and I am eternally grateful to God Almighty and friends and family that supported me in one way or another during the course of this journey.
