Over the years mankind have put to use different types of energy just to meet with their needs, and these needs never seem to go away, and somehow the types of energy being used tend to stop helping them meet up with their needs, and they are forced to come up with a different type of energy or try out a different source of energy. Over the years almost all the energy sources mankind has used can be put under non-renewable energy, and an energy source is said to be non-renewable when they don't replenish or replace themselves fast enough. The consumption level of non-renewable energy is always higher than the production, which means at some point they can run out or finish.
Examples of non-renewable energy include coal, crude oil (fossil fuels), natural gas, etc. Also, these non-renewable energies are one of the leading causes of pollution; when they burn, they emit and leave carbon footprints in the atmosphere, which makes the environment uncomfortable for both plants and animals. We have seen news where an entire family was wiped out because they had a generator on all night, and the carbon emitted by their generator caused them all to suffocate. All of these and many more are the disadvantages of using non-renewable energy.
Depending on non-renewable energy, which is an energy source that does not replenish fast, means one day we will be in demand, but we will not have the energy we need, as it can finish, and we will be left stranded, confused and not know what to do. With renewable energy, the story will be completely different, and something like that can never happen. Renewable energy is the complete opposite of non-renewable energy; it is energy derived from natural sources, and they tend to replenish themselves really fast, and their production is always higher than their consumption, unlike non-renewable energy, where consumption is higher than production.
Examples of renewable energy include solar energy, wind energy, hydro energy, geothermal energy, etc. All these energy sources leave no carbon footprint; they do not pollute the environment either by noise or carbon. You can have solar energy run all night without disturbing your neighbours or fearing the carbon from exhaust pipes causing you and your entire family to suffocate. Renewable energy is all about enjoying an energy supply with so much peace and quiet.

I would advise anyone to go for renewable energy like solar, it's not in any way disturbing as it is with others like generators.
