I have experience ups and down in life and I have realized that there is no smooth journey in life, sometimes it's rough. So,I have learnt to embrace the rough times the way I do when it's smooth.
During covid period, I started a small business and I do travel to buy things, I go around to tell people what I sell and they patronise me, i have gathered some customers and i had plans to make it a big one. unfortunately my plans did not work. it was all good till the day I travelled and my phone was stolen.
I lose everything, all my customers contact that I use a lot of time and effort to build and get, my social media page everything. I was pained and heartbroken but "it is what is it" is life. We can't expect everything to always go the way we want it.
I stopped the business and I didn't allow that to draw me back from progressing.
Fortunately for me,after the incident was my service year so it was not really hard for me to forget about it. So, i just moved on and focused on Nysc. I believe that there is nothing that happen to us in life that God do not know about.
How do I navigate ups and downs?
When it's up i do have it at the back of my mind that anything can happen so, i do embrace it and when it's down I take it with my full chest, that's how I deal with everything that comes my way...
Life happens and we don't have power over some certain things we just have to take it has it is. It get hard sometimes that people wish to die when they cant take it anymore but one thing is for sure nothing last forever. Trials will surely come we just have to be strong and keep moving...

During COVID-19, by then we've all migrated to saving contacts on emails or iCloud instead of the normal phone or SIM. Your social media page, didn't you try to retrieve it? Such a big loss. But that's life for us

I couldn’t retrieve😪. I was not the one that registered the sim. That is why I said I lost everything,if I could I would I have done that...

So sorry about your business and it's good that you were able to get pass it.
There are just some things that are beyond our control
This is one of the reasons why I don't save my contacts on phone or sim, I prefer to save it in my e-mail. It doesn't really matter how many times I change my device, it will still be there immediately I log into my email.
After that incident I have learnt my lesson's. I now save all my contact on my email..
Life is never a smooth journey.
You find your Way out yourself in any phase you find yourself.
Losing a business and having to start from scratch again will only leave you discouraged but you just have to find a way around the discouragement as you try to build again.
Understanding that life has many ways in frustrating people and never give up cause of it is one of a great way to know that growth is taking place in your mind and body,so sorry for your business.
