Be Consistent, Be Unstoppable

Every day, whoever wants success in any field, be it studies, career, relationship, or personal, demands one thing. That is consistency. Consistency is such a thing which can help you grow from a small person to a very big person. Consistency is that thing which you have to do more of every day, which has to be started at every small stage, but you will always get its benefit. There are very few people who can call themselves such a consistent person because most of the people waste time in the middle thinking that their results are not coming or nothing is happening. That is why I always say that by being consistent, you will definitely get its benefits one day.

What is this consistency and why do people do it with so much dedication? The other name of consistency is patience. If you people keep doing something patiently and like a habit, then you may fail in it, you may delete it or you may have some work which stops, but if you are consistent and keep doing it every day. If you keep doing that habit every day, then a new day will come for you. You will definitely get success in that thing. I have seen this thing on myself many times and I have seen it on many people also. If you exercise for 2 hours every day, then you will see that many small efforts are being made in your body One good day will come when you will get the message result of that thing.

There was a time when my weight had increased significantly, and it had increased rapidly. I did a small thing. I went to the gym for four or five months, followed a healthy diet, and completely avoided eating outside. I lost 20 kg of weight in just four or five months. You can imagine how consistent I was. This routine didn't work for me, and at one point, I even considered quitting. I'd go read something on Twitter, but I never gave up. After three or four months, I felt like I could see myself as a confident person. I was seeing myself lighter and my confidence had increased so much. So, I gradually, without giving up, made it a consistent, right habit: I would go to the gym in the evening and eat only good food throughout the day, and I wouldn't eat anything outside. When I saw the results, I was amazed. When I lost my weight, which was 95, it dropped to 75 to 70, and I felt so good that I couldn't believe it.

Consistency gives you confidence that you can do that thing. It compounds your fat. It keeps you doing some work daily. Your mastery comes; it develops. In anything like becoming an athlete. Entrepreneurship. In anything and overall your motivation increases. Sometimes it happens that motivation ends in a person but if there is consistency in a person and that person gets his work done with patience, then that thing will definitely be there in his life and you can see it in many places. I have seen this thing, whether it is fitness, business, or anything. Every small effect gives you a very big impact.

But this habit doesn't come very quickly. To be consistent, you will have to sacrifice some things, like you will have to start with some small things. You can't read the entire book at one go. Read 5 chapters every day. Then gradually you will have to do it little by little and keep yourself in such a routine and keep your research progress written down or track it somewhere and never do it with the expectation of results. You should just keep working and whenever you feel that you are a failure, then motivate yourself. Surround yourself with such people who are your habit. If you are inspired in yourself then if you stay with such people then you will also feel that yes, if these people do so well then I can also do it.

Lastly, I will say that motivation is temporary, but consistency and patience are permanent. If you remain motivated, motivation can make you work for 10 days. But then only when you become consistent on the 11th day can you work. That is why everyone always says that being motivated is a good thing, but being consistent is even better. People get motivated and start working. But they give up midway because they are not getting it. They did not get that thing. When people want it, they fail.

You can say that there is no impact. If those people do not get results, then they think, "What is the benefit of doing this thing every day?" but those who are consistent. Even if they do it for two hours every day. Take one hour, but do it every day; they will get a new result, and I have also seen this thing. I have tried it myself. You should start doing it slowly. Success is always achieved by starting. If you do not start at all. If you keep thinking that if I do this then this will happen then how will it happen. You should try it. If it does not happen, then it is a different matter. But you will be happy that I tried at least.
