Greetings!
The essence of life most especially for humans is to live together in colonies and anything short of that is nothing but danger. It's because we humans live together and build up a relationship that makes us have the sense of belonging and the pride that we are superior to all other creatures. If living together in colonies is taking away from us, it's then we will realize that we are nothing.
Having said this, I would like to share my own opinion about the topic which is all about, “Last human on earth.”
When I first saw the topic, I was excited as to what would it look like for me to be the last man standing, I thought I would be able to survive when I saw the content of the topic, but, it's in my own personal analysis that I realized that for someone like me, it would be very difficult for me to survive and this is because of my kind of person.
My kind of person is the one that cherishes and loves human relationships so much and over time, I have been able to meet different kinds of people and build relationships which to me have been able to sustain me till this present moment.
I could remember how human relationships have been able to deliver me when I was in trouble. Also, I could remember how I was helped by my fellow humans when I was stranded without having any kind of hope at sight just to mention but a few.
So, having experienced all these human intervention, I wonder how I would have been able to survive this life without the help of my fellow humans in life.
Furthermore, I could also remember when I was away from my known colony. Then I found it difficult to survive in my new abode and this was because of their strange culture and way of life in my new environment which means I would have to adapt to my new environment.
So, having seeing and experienced the human nature through the various relationships I have had with humans all these while, I don't think I would be able to survive as the last man standing even if things were provided for me in abundance, I don't think I would be able to survive a week without the company of my fellow human as I believe it's the our flocking together that makes things to be fun and interesting.
In conclusion, seeing and relating with my fellow humans is the only antidote that would make me live and stay alive, anything aside this would not make or let me live for a day.
