He is the one who accepts failures and learn from their mistakes or from the mistakes if his followers and take it as an opportunity to grow not putting the blame on his followers.
Let's look at who an ordinary leader is:
An ordinary leader doesn't have the intelligence to face failures instead he priorities short term wins and take it as a personal milestone. This type of person uses his own personal agenda without any contribution from the team. Even if the team contribute to it, he takes thr glory when the discussion is successful and blame the followers when it turns slideways.
Great leaders see themselves as the one responsible for the failure because they see themselves as a driver of the team and what ever thr outcome is they take it as they are the one that cause it.
They are always humble, accepting mistakes will make the team to work harder to achieve success instead of fears that they will be blame for little failures they make.
Great leaders give credit to their team for victories to strengthen unity among the workers, boost their morals and bring loyalty to him. This action alone captures the followers making them to continue performing their best. The leader defends his followers.
Let me use this as an example
In a company where an entrepreneur employs a manager to manage his firm. The mangers determine how the workers work, if he's a good person the workers will make sure they do everything possible to make the firm great.
Now in times of any issues the leader defends his workers.
When theres a progress or an achievement is made, the manger will attribute it to the workers not himself. This alone makes the workers happy .
Good leaders are the one who accepts failures and praises his followers for every achievements made. An ordinary leader is one who takes all the glory alone and blames the followers for any mistake made.
Being a good leader will help us in our daily life, where ever we see ourselves and given opportunity to lead, we should try an be good so as to build a brighter future for the business we manage.
