I think priority #1 is regaining community ownership over the network. Then a plan can be crafted with ample input from the community about what it wants to see happen.
I think changing one evil with another is not the correct way to move forward
What governance system would you like to see?
for now DPoS is working as intended, the only major issue is lack of decentralization. But that's self-made
