On June 19, 2023 the official announcement of the launch of the HispaPro witness was made, a project of @Hispapro and @visualblock that is a necessary step for the Latin community, the Spanish-speaking community, to continue growing and having greater representation in the blockchain. During this month multiple achievements have been reached, also the seed has been planted for projects that will flourish throughout the year. This is a small summary of the month's activities:
Events
Last July 1 and 2 was held the Lara Fest,, an event organized in conjunction with @hiversbqto. All the information is in the post at the link. In this event contact was made with companies, institutions and individuals, including the company Canguro, who are distributors of telephony and audio equipment, offer technical service for the same areas, and also develop educational programs to train technicians of high category. They are located throughout the country, its headquarters is located in the city of Barquisimeto.
In addition to this, during the event the first contact was made with the Yacambú University, which is about to have a second meeting with the @hiversbqto team, and in which HispaPro will support for the on-boarding process.
Education and On-Boarding
Since the launch of the witness, some events have been held with the support of @valueplan, hand in hand with the @hiversbqto team, who developed the "Hive Talk" initiative that aims to disseminate information about Hive adapting it to the public, at this time the main form of this proposal is Hive Talk University, but there are other versions to come. With them we carried out the Hive Talk University in the Schools of Science and Technology, and the Experimental School of Humanities and Arts, both of the Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado.
A route of actions has been created to integrate these deaneries to the Blockchain, adapting to their needs and ours, each route is different. More than 20 new accounts were created, of which 10 have made their presentations and are active. We have a gradual process where new users get to know Hive from the inside and their profile is complete at the time of their first publication.
Among these active accounts are 3 DCyT professors, who will be the liaison for the on-boarding process of the students. The meeting place is the Telegram group "Hive por mi cuenta" in which HispaPro and @hiversbqto welcomes interested parties and prepares them for their initiation.
Another interesting success is the strategic agreements we made with the @cuatrolarense group; our Hive brand will be sponsors of their participation in the LatinMara International Caracas 2023 event. This group was a recent adoption, with a lot of potential for mutual support for the growth of their group and for the dissemination of the Hive brand.
Finally, for this educational process, the alliance with the Canguro brand will be effective. They will provide their classrooms to prepare in person those who will join the chain, with a view to a deeper alliance after their staff is integrated into Hive and in knowledge of Web3.
Development and Node
From the first day we took on the commitment as witnesses of the Hive Blockchain, our intention has been to contribute value to the ecosystem. For that reason, we have made it our goal to deliver our learning and knowledge to the community.
The first step we are taking in this regard is to provide the community of developers and new developers with an open source repository that can be used, modified and distributed. This repository will grow as we continue to study, learn and build for our Hive Blockchain. We will also be available to collaborate in solving doubts and guiding new developers, providing documentation, libraries and any guidance that may be important.

As witnesses, we believe that the development and success of our Blockchain is founded on open source and the willingness of all its developers, witnesses and other users involved to share information in a public, transparent and well documented way. This will attract more users who will contribute in the same direction.
Now let's talk a little bit about the witness node and some important data:
The @Hispapro witness runs on a 8G RAM, 500G NVMe, 4 cores, 300mbps VPS (virtual private server) using @privex company as a service.
Thanks to the support of the community, we have reached the 75th place in the list of active tokens, generating the production of 1 block every 5-6 hours.
Both @hispapro and the @visualblock project, continue to strengthen curation accounts to give more value to all content creators that day by day bring quality to the Blockchain.
Celebration of the first month in operation
Yesterday HispaPro's Discord server was dressed up to celebrate this month in operations. Hive Talk: Voices of the Blockchain was the title of this program, in which we had as guests Spanish-speaking witnesses, with very different experiences, to share with us, in an effort to promote the union of the community. The guests were:
@eddiespino, from the first Hispanic witness in Hive, @aliento. Project that aims to grow the Hispanic community and motivate Hivers to be part of the functional aspects of the blockchain. The birth of the following Hispanic witnesses is a great joy and success for the Aliento project.
@Ylich, from the first Venezuelan witness, @la-colmena. He gave us insight into his process, and how becoming a witness was a natural step in his trajectory within the blockchain.
@dimeilaz, with his personal token focused on marketing fulfills a goal he had his eyes on a long time ago. It is for him a way to continue his path as a Hiver and support the growth of other projects.
@empoderat, who runs @empo-witness. He is a Spanish Hiver, not Latin American, but we share the same language and that brings us closer. His approach to the role of witness was different, aiming from the beginning to be a back-up witness, to contribute to the security of the chain.
@manuphotos, who accompanied us from the also recent witness, @hivecuba, telling us about his experience in getting it up and running and how Ilaz was a great help in dealing with the technical aspects.
The group @cuatrolarense, who we (Hive) will be sponsoring in their participation in the Latin Mara International Awards, Caracas 2023, was present, telling us how was their arrival to Hive, their upcoming projects, and how will be their participation with their two nominations for the Latin Mara International Awards. They delighted us with two of their songs, and those who were present were able to enjoy the exclusive premiere of one of them.
And we mention only the guests interviewed because there were many great friends of the house with us and we do not want to risk not naming any of them. Future plans
HispaPro is committed to continue contributing to education and development on Web3, as well as facilitating the on-boarding process and accompanying new Hivers in their first steps on the platform, and continuing to carry out initiatives and curation activities to foster community integration.
Primer mes de operaciones del testigo HispaPro
El 19 de junio de 2023 se realizó el anuncio oficial del lanzamiento del testigo HispaPro, un proyecto de @Hispapro y @visualblock que es un paso necesario para la comunidad latina, la comunidad de habla hispana, para seguir creciendo y teniendo mayor representación en la blockchain. Durante este mes se han alcanzado múltiples logros, también se ha plantado la semilla para proyectos que florecerán a lo largo del año. Este es un pequeño resumen de las actividades del mes:
Eventos
Los pasados 1 y 2 de julio se realizó el Lara Fest,, evento organizado en conjunto con @hiversbqto. Toda la información está en el post del enlace. En este evento se hizo contacto con empresas, instituciones y particulares, incluyendo a la empresa Canguro, quienes son distribuidores de equipos de telefonía y audio, ofrecen servicio técnico para las mismas áreas, y además desarrollan programas educativos para formar técnicos de alta categoría. Se encuentran por todo el territorio nacional, su sede se encuentra en la ciudad de Barquisimeto.
Además de esto, durante el evento se realizó el primer contacto con la Universidad Yacambú, la cual está pronta a una segunda reunión con el equipo de @hiversbqto, y en la que HispaPro apoyará para el proceso de on-boarding.
Educación y On-Boarding
Desde el lanzamiento del testigo, se han realizado algunos eventos con el apoyo de @valueplan, de la mano con el equipo de @hiversbqto, quienes desarrollaron la iniciativa "Hive Talk" que tiene el objetivo de difundir información sobre Hive adaptándola al público, en este momento la principal forma de esta propuesta es Hive Talk University, pero hay otras versiones por venir. Con ellos realizamos las Hive Talk University en el Decanato de Ciencia y Tecnología, y el Decanato Experimental de Humanidades y Artes, ambos de la Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado.
Se ha creado una ruta de acciones para integrar a estos decanatos a la Blockchain, adaptándonos a sus necesidades y las nuestras, cada ruta es distinta. Se crearon más de 20 nuevas cuentas, de las cuales 10 han realizado sus presentaciones y se encuentran activos. Llevamos un proceso paulatino donde los nuevos usuarios van conociendo Hive desde dentro y su perfil está completo al momento de su primera publicación.
Entre estas cuentas activas se encuentran 3 profesores del DCyT, quienes serán el enlace para el proceso de on-boarding de los estudiantes. El lugar de encuentro es el grupo de Telegram "Hive por mi Cuenta" en el cual HispaPro y @hiversbqto recibe a los interesados y los prepara para su iniciación.
Otro éxito interesante son los acuerdos estratégicos que realizamos con la agrupación @cuatrolarense; nuestra marca Hive será sponsors de su participación en el evento LatinMara Internacional Caracas 2023. Esta agrupación fue una adopción reciente, con mucho potencial para el apoyo mutuo para crecimiento de su agrupación y para la divulgación de la marca Hive.
Finalmente, para este proceso educativo será efectiva la alianza con la marca Canguro, quienes aportarán sus aulas, para preparar de manera presencial a quienes ingresarán a la cadena, con miras a una alianza más profunda luego de que su personal esté integrado a Hive y en conocimiento de la Web3.
Desarrollos y Nodo
A partir del primer día en que asumimos el compromiso como testigos de la Blockchain de Hive, nuestra intención ha sido aportar valor al ecosistema. Por tal motivo, nos hemos trazado como meta entregar a la comunidad nuestro aprendizaje y conocimiento.
El primer paso que estamos dando en este sentido es proporcionar a la comunidad de desarrolladores y nuevos desarrolladores un repositorio de código abierto que pueda ser utilizado, modificado y distribuido. Este repositorio irá creciendo a medida que sigamos estudiando, aprendiendo y construyendo para nuestra Blockchain de Hive. También estaremos a disposición para colaborar en resolver dudas y guiar a nuevos desarrolladores, proporcionando documentación, librerías y cualquier orientación que pueda ser importante.
Pueden acceder a este enlace y revisar lo que hemos construido para ustedes. La participación y la interacción son muy importantes para nosotros con el fin de construir juntos en esta nueva etapa.
Como testigos, creemos que el desarrollo y éxito de nuestra Blockchain están fundamentados en el código abierto y en la buena disposición de todos sus desarrolladores, testigos y demás usuarios involucrados en compartir la información de manera pública, transparente y bien documentada. Esto atraerá a más usuarios que contribuirán en la misma dirección.
Ahora hablemos un poco del nodo testigo y algunos datos importantes:
El testigo @Hispapro se ejecuta sobre un VPS (servidor privado virtual) de 8G RAM, 500G NVMe, 4 cores, 300mbps usando como servicio a la empresa @privex.
Gracias al respaldo de la comunidad, hemos alcanzado el puesto 75 de la lista de testigos activos, generando la producción de 1 bloque cada 5-6 horas.
Tanto el @hispapro como el proyecto @visualblock, siguen fortaleciendo las cuentas de curación para otorgar más valor a todos los creadores de contenido que día a día aportan calidad a la Blockchain.
Celebración del primer mes en operaciones
El día de ayer el servidor de Discord de HispaPro se vistió de gala para celebrar este mes en operaciones. Hive Talk: Voces de la Blockchain fue el título de este programa, en el que tuvimos como invitados a testigos de habla hispana, con experiencias muy diferentes, para que las compartieran con nosotros, en el afán de promover la unión de la comunidad. Los invitados fueron:
@eddiespino, del primer testigo hispano en Hive, @aliento. Proyecto que apunta el crecimiento de la comunidad hispana y a motivar a los Hivers a formar parte de los aspectos funcionales de la blockchain. El nacimiento de los testigos hispanos siguientes son una gran alegría y un éxito para el proyecto Aliento.
@Ylich, del primer testigo venezolano, @la-colmena. Nos dio a conocer su proceso, y cómo el hacerse testigo fue un paso natural en su trayectoria dentro de la blockchain.
@dimeilaz, con su testigo personal enfocado en marketing cumple una meta sobre la que tenía los ojos hace mucho tiempo. Es para él una manera de continuar su camino como Hiver y apoyar al crecimiento de otros proyectos.
@empoderat, quien lleva @empo-witness. Es un Hiver español, no latinoamericano, pero con quien compartimos lenguaje y eso nos acerca. Su acercamiento al rol de witness fue diferente, apuntando desde el inicio a ser un back-up witness, para contribuir a la seguridad de la cadena.
@manuphotos, quien nos acompañó del también reciente testigo, @hivecuba, contándonos su experiencia para colocarlo en funcionamiento y cómo Ilaz fue de gran ayuda para afrontar los aspectos técnicos.
La agrupación @cuatrolarense, a quienes estaremos (Hive) patrocinando en su participación en los premios Latin Mara Internacional, Caracas 2023, estuvo presente, contándonos como fue su llegada a Hive, sus próximos proyectos, y cómo será su participación con sus dos nominaciones a los premios Latin Mara internacional. Nos deleitaron con dos de sus canciones, y quienes estuvieron presente, pudieron disfrutar del estreno exclusivo de una de ellas.
Y mencionamos solo a los invitados entrevistados porque acompañándonos hubo muchos grandes amigos de la casa y no queremos arriesgarnos a no nombrar a alguno. Muchas gracias a todos por habernos acompañado en esta celebración. Esperamos contar con su apoyo continuo y contar con su participación en futuros eventos.
Planes a futuro
HispaPro se compromete a seguir contribuyendo con la educación y el desarrollo, así como a facilitar el proceso de on-boarding y acompañar a los nuevos Hivers en sus primeros pasos en la plataforma, y continuar realizando iniciativas y actividades de curación para fomentar la integración de la comunidad.
