Our point is that posts should not die after just one day. There should be more time to upvote those posts.

There are several issues with this. Firstly, only one person can mute your post, with or without a valid reason. When this happens, your post is not only hidden from the community feed but also from the feeds of all the tags used in the post. This is a significant problem, and I've made tests to confirm it.
I remember when my post was muted in the Hive gaming community, in the post I listed types of games that could be played for dreemport challenge but it was muted because it was not a virtual game and that wasn't stated in the description of the community.
