Hi, thanks for coming around.

  1. The number of votes does not matter, what matters is what those votes are worth in VESTS (HP). So 1000 votes from users with 1 HP is the same as 1 vote from a user with 1000 HP
  2. There is no maximum
  3. Yes the witness pool is explained in this post at the top
