i am Atma
Atmanna is my home in #Bulgaria. From time to time people visit, usually to stay for a while on a work-exchange program.
The work at Atmanna is mostly in the garden, making grow-beds, greenhouses, compost, planting seeds, watering plants, making organic fertilisers and feeding to the plants, clearing more garden space, strimming, chain-sawing, chopping wood, harvesting, preserving, eating, meditating, yoga'ing :-), sing-ing, dancing, playing, opening, healing, sharing, making apple-cider vinegar and even slicing fingers and loving kinda work. 😍
Not to forget the cooking and especially desert making and especially the raw vegan snickers desert (returning soon i hope :-)
Oh, and there's also digging out the huge pile of dirt and old bricks from the side of the house. Codename @MissL will tell you all about that 🤣
So, long story short, a few months ago there were four of us at Atmanna, all together for at least 3 weeks - up to 10 weeks for myself and one other. We followed a morning practice of meditation, a kundalini practice and mantra chanting. We ate together, we walked and swam together, did Wim-Hoff breathwork together, fasted and silent retreat'ed together :-)
We soon became friends and a "Atmanna Warrior Family" WhatsApp group was created, and we've kept in touch ever since, often on a daily basis.
We are however transitioning away from the centralised WhatsApp Facebook corrupt organisation, as we choose to withdraw our support from organisations which do not #supportfreespeech and are not open source.

Although we will retain a private secure space for our original community founders and for new guests at Atmanna, i decided to create a Public Space for an online Atmanna Hive Warrior Family.
