This synth is quite incredible and this video is merely a demo but I will do something more substantial to explain/explore how it works in future episodes.
The synth is super powerful and in this recording, I also played a bit of piano, taking am improv approach.
Fascinating, @nicklewis!
Even a little mesmerising!
It can be very bonkers! This is going to be played with a lot.
There is something to be said for visual editors. I saw Bjork use a synth where you placed blocks on a table so that was really interactive.
I remember that and it’s stuff like this that can be used in highly performative ways
That's the one. I expect it would be very expensive to buy one, but then people build all sorts of stuff these days.
BTW I've seen lots of 3d print models for various synth stuff. I made some legs for my Akai keyboard.
Probably one of a kind
It looks like it was a product, but no longer made. There is an app.
Will have a look later - Steve very random question, I’ll pick your brains over on a Discord chat later after work but do you know of any jobs going? Send me a DM if you do ( Discord)
This looks promising. Looking forward to seeing what it can do in future.
Thanks for checking this out!
