La fiesta de San Antonio en los estados Lara, Trujillo, Portuguesa y Yaracuy, honran al Santo Patrono con su tradición del Tamunangue o Sones de Negros, los 13 de Junio, en los estados Miranda, La Guaira y Cojedes, celebran la fiestas de Corpus Christi con sus Diablos Danzantes, para este año el 16 de Junio, la fiesta de San Juan el 24 de Junio con sus tonadas y golpes de tambores, en los estados Miranda, La Guaira, Yaracuy, Carabobo, Aragua entre otros y finalmente en el estado Miranda, la Parranda de San Pedro.
Motivado a esas celebraciones tradicionales he compuesto un poema libre sobre la Cultura en Junio.
Good morning wonderful people of Hive. Month of June in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela we celebrate four beautiful traditions that bring together worshipers in almost the entire country to dance, sing, pray, eat, share and leave traces in history.

La Cultura en Junio, un poema
Aprendiendo constantemente
de nuestra transición cultural
donde no se justifica ningún
dogma colonizador,
rompemos prejuicios que indican
que estamos cerca de entender las cosas,
sin perder esa visión cuando fuimos
víctimas de la cultura árabe-española.
Dicen que nuestra cultura es tardía
seguro, si subestimamos nuestro legado indígena.
Rendirles cultos a los Santos de la Iglesia Católica es interesante, más no necesario.
El sincretismo en América
avasalla orígenes,
castra legados.
Corpus Christi para los Diablos
San Antonio para Tamunangueros
San Juan para Sanjuaneros
San Pedro para Sanpedreños
imposición sin convenio
esclavos de la colonia,
nacer para recuperar fielato,
estar para cumplir verdades.
Vudú asusta al inculto
Yoruba aparta el mal.
Venezuela honra a las tradiciones

Culture in June, a poem
constantly learning
of our cultural transition
where none is justified
colonizing dogma,
we break prejudices that indicate
that we are close to understanding things,
