Well 2020 is likely to favour some people and displease some others. Business like zoom thrived while others like Disney faltered it was bound to be like that. And as for the black lives matter campaign, its probably the biggest anti racist campaign ever and sincerity the good side for me was that it raised awareness even if it would not change the racist status of so many people.

Most small businesses had a very tough 2020. Most of the hardship was unnecessary. Small businesses are an essential part of the economy. If we lose small businesses, we will all suffer as we have less options and less competition between businesses.
