Under the topic Applying unpredictability to Hive Curation Rewards I would love to see a non linear posting reward function, where the rewards are not directly proportional to the r-shares, but where r-shares are squared (^2).
With the current reward system it is predictable, what your vote is worth, almost independently, on which post you vote on (after a certain threshold).
