Involving all the senses in learning sure helps the brain make connections faster and better, IMO. To improve my German I listen to an audio Bible in German and sometimes read aloud in German just to get that ear input. Writing is also important, with a pen or pencil on paper. I am thinking of doing a class next semester where we write passages in cursive and decorate them--like medieval monks. I know I would have fun doing that. !BBH
