The main topic of my article is about creating culture in your organization. As an example, I shared the story of Ziqitza Healthcare and how they were unwilling to pay a bribe to get the number 911 in Mumbai because integrity has been part of their culture since day 1.
I'm not sure what the government of India is doing to solve the ambulance problem, but I do know private companies with good company culture are providing solutions to problems regardless of what the government is doing.
