Simply acknowledging that "It's just self-doubt" makes it easier to deal with our worries and low moments. Becoming aware that our mind is focused on thoughts about self-doubt is the first step to understanding and dealing with it.
When problems seem to come one after the other, it can seem that things are falling apart and life is a mess. But when you look back, you have overcome problems after problems before and still came out okay.
We're all fighting our silent battles. Stay strong.

This works. When we acknowledge it that way, it is much easier to deal with. Sometimes we got blinded by what awful things unfold in us, especially it came like cascading dominoes. At the end of the day, we rise up to the circumstances and laugh out what happened.
