Some of the tips used to work for me but it stopped working at one point. I hope you can overcome this problem and able to seek medical help/therapy. For me, these days working out helps, I realized that all I need to sleep is getting tired enough because most of the time in the past, I wasn't really tired. But at the same time, I also suffer from oversleeping :') which is another set of problems. Anyhow, good luck!
