Yes, people are slacking now. It is close to being over in Denmark, at least for now, so the police had to clear a lot of the inner harbour and beaches for people who wanted to rub shoulders with all the other skimmed milk white bodies. Evidence has shown that there's only a rather low chance of being contaminated outdoors, but with calm winds and hormone exuberant youngsters in bikinis and bathing trunks there's always a chance of... bad things.
