RE: Longevity

I like a lot your attitude and vibe. You don't sound at all like 70 years old guy... I know still 69 😉.

In regards of Hive I still see it as a Steem cotinuation but one that will for sure live for long time.

I am a two years old user and still active. It's hard to keep new users on board, or at least it was, and wouldn't subscribe to delegations for that.

I would rather curate like a mad man if I'd be a whale willing to onboard and encourage users to be active.

Two important things I would change and those are auto votes and self votes. Others than that I would set a maximum daily posts to solve the never ending spam problem and maybe I would ditch downvotes also after setting the limit.

Hive is definitely bettet than Steem but still needs a lot of work and a good mobile app asap.

Have a great one and Hive on!

In a lot of ways I don't act like a 70 year old, but most mornings I feel every day of my age.

Self voting is a pox. I certainly agree with that. I really think that I like the idea of downvotes for throttling spam rather than limits on the chain. I think the front ends (there will be more) can do a lot of that work without putting it on the blockchain. That's where I think we are headed.

I also agree that Hive needs work, and that may be the good news.

Thanks for stopping by and leaving a thoughtful comment.
