I'm thinking I'd have a problem with the one each limitation. How could I ever possibly give a rational critique with only one sample? Couldn't be done. I'm thinking more like 10 each...

Lol, you sound like my dad. He always says if he can get another slice he could tell if it's good or not as he can't decide after only one. More like 10 each ... I would have to rent a whole ship for that.
