Estudié en el colegio y secundaria de manera normal como es en mi país (Venezuela) y luego llegué a la universidad, quedé en Licenciatura de Computadora, era la carrera que quería por tanta curiosidad que me dio y al parecer iba a ser buena. Jamás me gradué pero el tiempo que estuve allí aprendí muchas cosas, tanto básicas de matemática y lógica como de la vida, pero me di cuenta tarde que esa no era la carrera para mi, que me cegué con un mal concepto de lo que a mi me gustaba y de lo que en realidad era buena. Lo buenísimo de la universidad es la gente que conocí para formar amistades reales o conseguir contactos para crecer en otras cosas.
I studied in college and high school in the normal way as it is in my country (Venezuela) and then I went to college, I got a degree in Computer Science, it was the career I wanted because I was so curious about it and it seemed to be good. I never graduated but the time I was there I learned many things, both basic math and logic and life, but I realized late that this was not the career for me, that I was blinded by a bad concept of what I liked and what was really good. The great thing about college is the people I met to form real friendships or make contacts to grow in other things.
Antes de entrar a la universidad estudiaba en una escuela de ballet que tuve que dejar por motivos económicos, y en el momento que podía volver la escuela cerró. Por suerte llegué a completar mis estudios en otra escuela que también me enseñó sobre otras danzas, que me interesaron muchísimo. Allí entre al mundo de la danza contemporánea, afro cubano entre otros. En el camino de dejar la universidad tuve unas clases cortas de teatro, donde aprendí a actuar más y muchísima expresión corporal y al terminar todo aquello llegó el punto de mi vida que tenía que seguir aprendiendo por mi cuenta y enfocarme en otras cosas.
Before entering college I was studying at a ballet school that I had to leave for financial reasons, and the moment I could return the school closed. Luckily I managed to complete my studies in another school that also taught me about other dances, which interested me very much. There I entered the world of contemporary dance, Afro-Cuban among others. On the way out of the university I had a few short theater classes, where I learned to act more and more and a lot of body expression and when all that was finished it was the point in my life that I had to continue learning on my own and focus on other things.
En mi hogar se empezó a necesitar mucho más el dinero y la comida escaseaba, así que ya gastar dinero aprendiendo otra cosa no podía y tenía que trabajar, y así lo hice, metí currículo en cualquier local que conseguía CERCA DE MI CASA, porque si era lejos el gastar pasaje no me convenía para ahorrar dinero para comer.
Trabajé en un local que vendía yogurt, una panadería, una heladería y una tienda de ropa interior, ayudándome a conocer más el público, el estilo de la organización de una tienda y así. Fue una experiencia buena pero ya sentía que mi tiempo solo lo usaba para ganar dinero y sobrevivir, no podía hacer las cosas que me gustaran, y eso me frustraba mucho. Luego de un tiempo llegué a conocer a un amigo que se terminó convirtiendo en mi jefe, pues me abrió la puerta a trabajar como community manager de varias empresas fuera de mi país, algo agradable para mí porque justo estaba aprendiendo a ser community con una agrupación de rock sinfónico y una orquesta de cámara.
In my home, money began to be needed much more and food was scarce, so already spending money learning something else I could not and had to work, and so I did, I put a resume in any place that I could get NEAR MY HOME, because if it was far away, spending tickets was not convenient for me to save money to eat.
I worked in a place that sold yogurt, a bakery, an ice cream store and an underwear store, helping me to know more about the public, the style of store organization and so on. It was a good experience but I already felt that I was only using my time to earn money and survive, I could not do the things I liked, and that frustrated me a lot. After a while I got to know a friend who ended up becoming my boss, because he opened the door for me to work as a community manager for several companies outside my country, something nice for me because I was just learning to be a community with a symphonic rock group and a chamber orchestra.
Mientras trabajaba en ello, me adentre de nuevo al mundo del arte, pues con los contactos que hacía músicos, gente que trabajaba en gimnasios se me dio una primera oportunidad, darle clases a un grupo de niñas que querían aprender a bailar ballet, eso luego evolucionó a darme un espacio en un gimnasio para dar esas clases. La idea me dio mucho miedo al principio, pero me arriesgue, y aprendí bastante logré adentrarme al mundo fitness y de repente gracias a @ilazramusic ¡POF! Todo cambio, conseguí trabajo para dar clases en un club deportivo y también conseguí Hive, el mejor trabajo que he tenido en mi vida y espero jamás perder.
Agradezco todas esas experiencias y enseñanzas que me dejaron cada momento, a todas las personas que conocí y me sumaron en la vida y agradezco los que tengo ahorita para no parar de hacerlo y mostrar más de mi.
While I was working on it, I entered the world of art again, because with the contacts I made with musicians, people who worked in gyms, I was given a first opportunity, to give classes to a group of girls who wanted to learn to dance ballet, that later evolved into giving me a space in a gym to give those classes. The idea was very scary at first, but I took a chance, and I learned a lot and managed to enter the world of fitness and suddenly thanks to @ilazramusic ¡POF! All change, I got a job to teach in a sports club and I also got Hive, the best job I've ever had in my life and I hope I never lose.
I am grateful for all those experiences and teachings that left me every moment, to all the people that I met and added to my life and I am grateful for those that I have now to not stop and show more of me.
