- Reposting the same content without additional original content or significant changes
- Reposting content within the same payout window

The context is the same. The topic is the same. How do you expect ‘significant changes’ in the same context of the competition with the same topic?
The rules of the competition clearly state that submitting the content that was already submitted for the competition is not allowed.
Besides, reposting the same content again can be considered an attempt to farm for double rewards with effortless spam.
