Yum yum yum! That looks so tasty!! I love chives and grow them in my garden. Maybe I will dry the rest of them before the frost comes so I can use them all winter!

Good idea to add the garlic later in the cooking cycle. I think in addition avoiding burning it also retains more of the flavor potency that way.
