It would be great to have some sort of Augmented Reality that could trace and highlight all the problem roots! It is amazing what sort of a tangle and maze it is down there with plants growing close together!
Roots go where they wish, invasion of the underground. Yup always good to read up about rooting system before planting.
Had a neighbour's tree roots going so deep into our garden we had a marvelous time trying to get through them to build at the time.
