HELLO EVERYONE!
I haven't post for a while now, that's because I have been really busy with work and now have less time to draw for each of my post, well, that will be a talk for another time.
Today I decided to jump on this 30 Days Blog Challenge with @pejupops, well this will help me write while I try to manage my time with work.
DAY ONE: EXPLAIN YOUR BLOG'S NAME
My name is Godstime, and my Blog name is @officialuroga. Growing up as a child, I have so many nicknames, but the one that sound really responsible, boss like and also keeping folks wondering what the meaning is, is actually U-ROGA.
U-ROGA is a combination of all my name's including that of my dad and my grandfather. The full meaning of the initial is Unweh-Robertson Oromena Godstime Adaloristewo (U-ROGA), the first name is that of my Grandfather and the second is that of my Daddy, while the other three names are mine, meaning the initial for my own names is actually OGA ☺️☺️
The name U-ROGA was inspired by my Dad's own Initial (U-RAO), and his own was inspired by the Legendary Musician Ewart Beckford who goes by the stage name U-ROY.
My dad is the only son of his dad (my grandfather), and he wants us to answer his father's name, I thought of how we answer his father's name and his own name is kept aside, well I decided to create a generation of U-ROGA's that will keep my name's, that of my dad and that of my grandfather on, I concluded, every first male son in my line of children will answer U-ROGA, that way, the name continues. That is, my first son will be U-ROGA (II), his own first son will be U-ROGA (III), by God's grace it will continue like that.☺️☺️
Well, being a growing artist, I decided to own a handle that sit well with all my social media platforms, so I added official to U-ROGA, on my Facebook it's @officialuroga on my Instagram it's @official_uroga.
