There is never a short answer to that kind of question because it is comprised of many facets... the first being that it shouldn't be the money that drives you in the first place.

Yeah, there is no set formula, but I think that if one was to combine and overlay the process of the successful accounts and look for similarities, there would be a pretty clear path.

it builds those long term clients that will not only support you forever - but are also the ones that afford you the one of the most difficult forms of positive advertising... that being "word of mouth".

Precisely. It becomes a personal relationship and the commendation is from friend to friend, about a friend. Perhaps part of the problem for many is that we don't really do personal anymore, we have everything suggested to us by algorithms - "people like you have liked..."

That is a VERY valid point - not to mention the fact also, that so much of what we do is electronic (especially of late).
