The curve definitely doesn't favor comment voting. I vote comments and I think it "costs" me around 50 HP a week. I figure though that while most can't I will at least try to make up some of the shortfall where I can.
A nice $.50 $hive and I bet there would be a lot more conversation and more rewards for the meaningful ones.
