Newcastle disease or it may be bacteria infection while the bloody droplet sometime can be a sign of few different things but most common cause is coccidiosis, a parasite disease that affect the intestinal lining of the chicken,it's common on young birds and since my chickens are just three weeks old they are prone to the disease.
