Have you ever cultivated rice to the level where things got this bad? Cause right now I can't really explain how I am feeling, looking at my farm every time.
It takes a lot of courage to hold on to a farm that has gotten this bad and my experience with similar occasions makes me feel some sigh of relief.
But then I can't suck for long I have to put in controlled measures in place to ensure I don't lose everything.
A few weeks of consistent rainfall is all it needs to recover and look as though it is a shadow of what we used to see before.
I can't weed the farm for now cause the weed is providing the rice and usual benefit, it is acting as a shade to the rice protecting it from the excessive sunlight, this is a kind of relationship that I won't want on my farm at this point but with the way things going I have no choice but to hold on and let the two grow together.
Rice can be so resilience to the point where even though it looks completely dry and its parts are falling off I can also look totally different within a short while.
So I have to hold on to the hope that the weather condition will get better sooner rather than later.
