As part of our service to humanity, cultivating trees every where in the community to help keep the system in a balanced condition and growing trees that are particularly edible means people can easily access this trees to get fruits that are edible from them. Tree cultivation is gradually been replaced by buildings and structures with massive lands been cleared out to build industrial estates and massive buildings containing flowers but no trees are planted in these buildings.
When I was a kid there were trees everywhere and we ate different fruits according to the season we found ourselves in from trees like mango, cashew, coconut, pawpaw, banana and guava so many crops everywhere made childhood beautiful, I planted pawpaw in my garden too and most of the community benefited from it some ate from it and people who were into herbal medicine do take from it leaf or fruit to make different herbal concussion.
Today trees are getting fewer by the day and fruits we could easily pluck from trees are sold at expensive prices in markets, of all the pawpaw tree we had in our community then this is only a few still surviving trees around and it is at a productive season right now.
It has produce enough waiting for it to get ripe so that I can harvest it
