work continues today until I run out of nails. there are others on the way but it will be a few days before they get here.
the nails are 20mm long (so they do not go through the 20mm thick ceiling), 3mm thick with a large fastening head. every line of shingles, cover the previous lines nails and gaps.
I am about two thirds through of the first side. will be preparing accessories for the chimney tube exit and crest line until the nails arrive. to be continued.
