We had a Chicken Processing Day every Labor Day weekend for many years. My husband died at Christmas this year and so I have no birds. But I would make a post about the day in the past, and if there were any photos that might bother people, I would note that at the top of the post.
I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I do like your idea of the note and doing as a post in the past. I will look into that.
Sorry again about your husband! He was a wonderful man from what you’ve shared with us! Building that addition to the house mostly by himself is great!
I would definitely like to see the processing post! We are trying to get into processing our own things eventually so it’s something I have in mind for sure.
