Seriously, this is a huge step to freedom. Rice farming is a big deal in Nigeria. It is however a mirage because the government ought to support rice farmers with a standard rice mill.
I once visited Ebonyi state where a very large expanse of land is dedicated to rice farming, big enough to serve Nigeria but the people still process their rice grain with local methods. It was a painful experience.
