Welcome to mill company where oil and palm kernel are extracted for commercial purpose or for consumption.
I just want to show you different pictures of materials used in the mill. Things are evolving today, before we were using our hands to do the oil and palm kernel extraction.
New development has set in and women are free from hand extraction. Now, the mill is extracting oil and palm kernel.
Red oil, we used in our soups are extracted from here. You see how the company is looking like. The engines machine are well equated at its position. This company is filled with business men and women who wants to export or ship their products like red oil, palm kernel, mesocarp fibre and palm kernel shells.
Cooking pot
This is the first stage of cooking or boiling the palm fruit in the big pot. Using husk to generate heat to the pot. When the palm kernels are done, they will use small basket to remove the palm kernel from the pot to the engine for grinding. This process is done by generating electricity to do the grinding in the engine.
The lower of the pot is filled with palm kernel shells and husk for the generating heat to the pot. It was powerful to the point no fire wood was added to it.

These are palm kernel seeds
This can be use for animal feed and for extraction of seed oil and color use to be black in color and it is good for the sick people or can be used as a medicine for people. It has beneficial for the exporters.

This is where the grinded palm fruit mix with palm kernel and the husk are poured in for extraction of red oil and water. This oil extractor has being of help to the beneficiaries.

These are the fruits removed from the bunches for single selection. Most palm-kernel oil is used in various non-edible products, such as detergents, cosmetics, plastics, herbicides, as well as a broad range of other industrial and agricultural chemicals for different companies that are in need of it. The nutritional qualities and the health effects of eating different types of palm oil products(red oil, olive oil, seed black oil) are good for the body. They have good effect and different responsibilities to do in the body.
The fruit comprises outer oily fresh or pericarp made up of exo-, meso- and endocarp and an oil-rich seed or kernel (endosperm)

This is a single bunch that is taken from the palm tree. You can see how heavy it is, until the certain time for the them to break out for cooking in the mill. Some times, it used to come a bunch from the tree.

This is the main fibre that carries oil. It is callled mesocarp fibre. It is the edible part of the fruit with a pulp rich that contains fatty acids, amino acids, and vitamins.
