Hi everyone!, or should I say good morning, good afternoon and good evening to you all , depending on the time you're reading this, lol. Hmmm let's dive into the day's main discussion. Are you ready? It's nothing much but very important, it's part of my experience after my service in Ebonyi state here in Nigeria. When I came in as a core member to serve, it was during the rainy season back then, and I saw a lot of farm land where rice was planted and cassava majorly but few with other crops, well possibly because of my location.

But, after my service ended I decided to stay a little before going back home, and I can't just stay ideal so I talked to some person's that I need land for farming, fortunately for me I was able to get through the principle of the school I was posted to serve, I planted different crops, but one day in the house I rented to stay my landlord's wife planted Vegetables almost all the land they have around the house, I was to curious as to why she did that and this push me to make a research on health benefits of vegetables it was a wow!
