Yes, it is very important to be well documented before proceeding to take them. Especially to give them to children.
We know that plants in their components have the active ingredient of medicines, so it is good to know what plants are for and then proceed to find out how they should be taken, so as not to misuse them, and thus prevent some accidents from occurring.
I have been using these herbs for many years, I know that for some friends I prepare them more diluted for some than for others.
