Harvesting coconuts in the garden//feeling happy because you get decent results.

Good evening to all my dear friends in the gardening community.

Hi friends, wherever you are, I'm back with you again, here, doing my usual thing. Tonight, I'll show you and share my experience harvesting coconuts in my garden.

Yesterday, around 9:00 a.m., I went to the garden with my grandmother and a friend. Of course, I didn't waste any time, enjoying the beauty of the garden while the person who bought my coconuts was working.

While the person was climbing the coconut tree, I took some photos to show you here. First, I'll show how people in my area climb coconut trees using ropes around their feet. Climbing coconut trees with cloth around their feet is a common practice in my area.

This is what the garden looks like, along with the person climbing the coconut tree.

As time went by, while I was cleaning the garden, the person climbing the coconut tree I showed above also came down. I immediately returned to take photos of the coconuts before they were peeled. I saw that my coconuts were quite large and would definitely produce a very good harvest.

This is what the coconuts looked like before they were peeled.

Not only did I photograph unpeeled coconuts, but I also joked and laughed with my grandmother and friends because I wanted to show you how people in my area work to buy and peel coconuts.

This is what a coconut looks like after peeling it.

Recently, the price of coconut has gone up. Previously the price was 1,700 rupiah per kilo, but now it is around 3,000 rupiah per kilo, and the owners don't have to work alone to get it done by the person who bought it.

It's not just the fruit that has increased in price, but coconut leaf sticks have also become the price of 1 kilo 4000 now, as we know, this coconut fruit is very useful, and of course it can be processed into anything like oil and so on.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere in my garden when my grandmother was whittling coconut leaves to take the sticks to sell.

this is what it looks like when they are whittling coconut leaves.

I'm very happy to share with you here tonight. That's my experience and local method for peeling coconuts using a metal stake in the ground, deliberately made by the coconut peeler.

Well, that's all I can tell you tonight about my coconut harvest, along with my experience and the procedure for climbing coconuts.

All the photos I show here were taken using my Redmi Note 7 camera.

If there are any errors in my writing, I apologize, as I am only human and prone to error. Everything I share tonight is purely my own. I have not plagiarized it from anyone else.

Okay, friends, see you in my next post!❤️.
