Good day everyone, It's a pleasure to meet you all here again.
On my blog today, I have decided to share one of my small scale business idea with my fellow Hiveans.

Groundnut is an essential commodity mostly needed by people around my environs so I decided to begin a business with it so that I could generate income for my basic needs..so let's begin.

First, you need to purchase some fresh looking Groundnut, boil a cup of water or more depending on the quantity of the groundnut.
Pour the groundnut into a bowl and then add the hot water and a pinch of salt for taste. (Ensure the quantity of salt added is well measured else the nuts will be too Salty when ready to be consumed)
Stir carefully so that the Groundnut does not break. This process helps you get rid of sand and enables your product to be free from germs. After few minutes of stiring, sieve the nuts, get a wide tray and spread the Groundnut inside. You can keep the tray outside of it's a sunny day so that the heat helps dry the nuts before the proper frying process.

When you notice that the nuts are drained, set your pot or frying pan on fire, pour a little quantity of dried Garri (processed cassava) into the pot/pan to serve as a base and to prevent the Groundnut from being burnt..

Turn the Groundnut into the pot/pan and using a wooden spatula, stir gently to avoid breakage until it's ready for consumption. At this point, the peels will look dark-brown and can easily fall off so you will know that your nuts are ready..

Again, turn the fried nuts into a tray and allow to cool off.

For business sake and neatness, peel the groundnut so that it will look appealing to your customers eye.

After taking off the peel, blow the peels away so that the Groundnut will be separated from the peel.

You can either bottle it or use a transparent nylon to tie it and place it on your show-glass for sale..

Groundnut business is very profitable and lucrative.
