_¡¡Estás loca, chama!! Con esas cosas no se juega - expresó Fiona y caminó entre la multitud. Kia tenía la particularidad de hacerla enojar porque era muy indiscreta. Fiona miró de lado a lado, buscó por encima de la gente y en ese momento Kia la alcanzó:
_Por lo visto Nate aún no ha llegado. ¿Cuándo será el día que llegue temprano? - preguntó Fiona.
_¡Yo creo que ni a su muerte va a llegar temprano! - aseguró y Fiona hizo el gesto de pellizcarla, pero en ese instante, Kia señaló que Nate estacionada su camión cerca de ellas. Las dos se montaron y el gordo Nate dio unas excusas tontas que todos sabían que eran excusas tontas:
_Te conocemos, Nate. No tienes por qué mentir - aseguró Fiona con la confianza de conocer a su amigo desde niño.
_En serio. Que me muera en este instante - juró y las dos chicas gritaron al mismo tiempo:
_Noooo. No te puedes morir ahorita porque estás manejando. Si quieres, que sea luego - dijo Kia y todos se rieron.
_Me han dicho que tienes una voz hermosa y potente - expresó con admiración.

_Hace una hora me dijo que venía en camino y aún no llega - dijo Fiona al borde de los nervios.
Tenían dos horas de retraso cuando Nate apareció. Quiso justificarse, pero Fiona no lo dejó:
_No nos des explicaciones ahora, solo corre - y Nate muy apenado, apretó el acelerador.
Cuando llegaron al lugar, encontraron que había muchas ambulancias y personas de seguridad acordonando el local. Se bajaron rápidamente y se abrieron paso entre la gente, preguntando:
_¿Qué pasó? ¿Qué pasó?
_El techo del local se cayó y hay muchos heridos, sobre todo los miembros de los grupos musicales que habían llegado antes - dijo una chica llorando.
