I set my alarm for 1pm which is enough time to reach the exam hall. Then I closed my eyes and it felt like few seconds passed and I was dreaming that building were collapsing because of earthquake it was so scary that I woke up, then saw my mom was shaking me for a while calling my name but I was sleeping like a dead. Then she asked me "Why are you still sleeping? Did your exam got cancelled?", then I asked her "What was the time?" She replied "it's 2:45 pm." It felt like I was having a mini heart attack. My brain yelled, “Why didn't my alarm work?” I checked my phone and realized I had set alarm in my calculator! Like seriously, I was so sleepy I didn't realize that it was not the app of alarm. I was feeling dumb and had no time to think further...

Right there and then, I knew that I had made a big mistake. I was too lazy that I couldn't get up to leave because I needed my hair done that same day! I had to convince my gut that it'd turn out great; a big lie! Not to forget that her hands were braiding like she was trying to summon the ancient spirits through my scalp. I half expected thunder to strike and a portal to open. Ring ring, my friend called me for breakfast. My hunger had doubled already with the pain and frustration. I really needed to click out loud, so I excused myself, thanks to the breakfast call. I clicked my way back to my friend's house, nearly inventing a new language...

As I reach. My brethren, I no see anything too o. I come dey wonder wait, abi this guy's go cook my rice chop for house ni? I sha called one of the other guys. Remember when I said something about if you don't know the land sheyb you'd call abi? Tor, they planted my rice on the plot next to mine. My head wan scatter. To make matters worse, the rice wasn't sufficient for the entire field and they didn't tell me. Hmmm, I nearly crewed ( past partipisuu of cry)...
