Though learning starts from birth and ends at death, one of the most difficult people to teach is an adult. It is easier to teach a child than an adult. There is a good limit to what you can do while teaching an adult because you will not want them feeling embarrassed, disrespected or discouraged.

This week's prompt is an interesting one and an opportunity to give kudos to our onboarders. It's not everyone that has the zeal to teach something to someone, especially when there is no reward attached. People get less motivated when they are expected to do such without any reward attached.
As a newly boarded member, my aim was to give my unborder less stress but trust me when I say she was like my village people who were always on my case every day. She was never tired of reading my posts after I had finished writing, before posting them.
It was the hand of love she stretched to me that she also stretched to another lady whom we were onboarded at almost the same time. One thing our journey has taught me is that you can forcefully take a horse to the stream but you can not forcefully feed it on water.

Someone who already has the zeal needs just a small push to get things done, but you see when the zeal is not available, it will be like fetching water into a basket. To me, growth is systematic progress with hard work.
