I agree with you that telemedicine cannot be a substitution to in-person, face to face interaction. Some counseling, treatment, monitoring, consultation are best achieved physically and I see telemedicine limited there. Rightly, telemedicine shouldn't be seen as the ultimate means; though it's a big help to the help sector, but should be seen as a tool to better and encourage patient-doctor interaction.
