Thank you. It's really difficult, specially to us adults, to set a good example to young ones on how to do the right things including a healthy eating habit. If you have a child and you as a parent got a bad habit for eating junkies, you better be the one to adjust for the good so that your child will follow your footstep. You cannot tell your children to always drink water while you as a parent always chugging a soda in front of them. :)
